Big Sean is brought to you courtesy of Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label, compliments of the west side of Detroit township, and 100% in conjunction with (arguably) the wittiest lyrical styling amongst this newest breed of hip-hop artists. Famous joins J. Cole’s Friday Night Lights as one of the best hip-hop intros of the past few years.

Kanye West – My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (9.2/10)

Ye’s back, y’all. Taylor Swift is brushed off his shoulder, crazy outbursts kicked to the curb… Bonnaroo? Well, we haven’t forgotten that one, Kanye. After the piece of trash that was 808′s and Heartbreak, Kanye West has put out a masterpiece in his latest offering, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
Kanye goes deep into the bowels of his fucked up head and pulls all the skeleton’s out of the closet for this one. I always think of great albums as being “front to backers,” where you can pull any song off the album and it’s killer. This may be a “front to backer.” With tracks like “Power,” “Gorgeous,” “So Appalled,” “All of the Lights,” etc… Ye brings it, and brings it hard. He’s even enlisted Jay-Z, Raekwon, RZA, Swizz Beats, Nicki Minaj, and even Bon Iver on the album.
Creativity on the beats with a consistent nod to the yesteryear of music coupled with sick lyrics and a slick flow make for winner. Kanye, you mother fucker. You made Team Excelsior and about 50,000 people wait for your ass all night at Bonnaroo, and didn’t even apologize for it, but you can make a great album. Keep your weight up, but be on time next time… Or we’ll be sure you take more than a spill on stage!
By the way, the original cover for the album was banned, but nothing gets banned from The Tracks, so have a look. I hope Kanye didn’t pay anyone for this shitty painting, but maybe he did it himself.

Second Opinion from The King:
Kanye West – My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy – 9.1/10
Let’s have a toast to the douchebags, and let’s have a toast for the assholes cuz Dark Fantasy is a gem. One of the bigger ego-maniacal douchers to ever hit pop culture, Ye is nonetheless the most consistently excellent artist of the decade.
“Too many Urkels on your team, that’s why ya Wins-low” …eww.
