Australia keeps doing this and I am getting jealous. Froth & Fury Fest just dropped its second wave for January 30, 2027, and Knocked Loose is headlining the whole thing at the Adelaide Showground.
Look at this lineup for a second. Deicide. Terror. Death Angel playing Act III in full, which is a thrash nerd's dream. Cancer Bats, Heriot, plus a whole crew of Aussie bands like Stressed, Feel The Pain, Arse, and the Guantanamo Bay City Rollers. And that was wave two. Wave one already had Clutch, Alpha Wolf, Carpenter Brut, Igorrr, Propagandhi, Corrosion of Conformity, Death To All, Counterparts, and Dark Angel. And there is STILL a third wave coming.
Gates open at 10:30 in the morning, licensed all ages, kids under 10 get in free. One-day festival, zero fat. Only bummer: Wayside had to cancel. But honestly when your festival is this deep, losing one band barely dents it. If any US promoter wants to know how to stack a single-day heavy lineup, just screenshot this one.
