Fifteen years. That is how long All Shall Perish fans waited for new music, and now they have gotten two songs in one month.
Led To Slaughter dropped September 25, right behind Be As Kings, Be As Gods from earlier in the month. Both were produced by Zack Ohren, the guy who has done Machine Head and Fallujah, and both are out through Arson Theory, the music company frontman Eddie Hermida co-founded.
The best part is how the album is getting made. The band hit their $75,000 Kickstarter goal, which means the first All Shall Perish record since 2011 is being funded directly by the fans. No label, no manager, no middleman. Just the band and the people who have been waiting over a decade.
They are on the road right now too, wrapping up The Price Of Existence 20 Year Anniversary tour on October 3 in San Jose. Northern California death metal, fan funded, back from the dead. Love to see it.
