There is new Slash on the way, and that sentence alone is enough for me.
Slash just announced a new album with Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators called The Flying Blind, dropping February 26, 2027. Twelve tracks, and they cut most of it in one week at a studio in Florida with producer Michael Baskette. One week. For a whole album. I need a week to write a caption.
The title track is out now, and it sounds exactly like what you want from this band. Straightforward, raw, big riffs. No overthinking it.
And they are touring it in 2027: South America in April, a long North American run, then Europe in June. UK fans get Cardiff Castle on June 30 through the Eventim Apollo in London. Go early. The hat gets there first.
