Warrior Soul's Kory Clarke finally explains where the new album is

Kory Clarke told TotalRock why Rock 'Em, Sock 'Em is taking so long. His words: I got married. I've been busy. Also on deck: an AI-baiting song about greedy billionaires.

Warrior Soul fans, we finally have answers about Rock 'Em, Sock 'Em, and the answer is the most relatable thing I have read all week.

Kory Clarke told TotalRock why the new album is taking so long, and his exact words were: I got married. I have been busy. He also admits he is a perfectionist these days, which tracks, and he is playing a lot of the drums on it himself.

The record is the follow:

up to Out On Bail from 2022. He already sent one unmastered track off to get played at a show in Newcastle this week, so it is not vaporware.

Two songs I already need to hear:

The New Gods, which is about AI and greedy billionaires, and Slab City, about a lawless town where people just live with no rules. Kory writes songs about the weird corners of the world and I am never not interested.
